Insurers understand that market conduct exams are key elements, and challenges, of the regulatory environment in which they conduct the business of insurance. In fact, understanding more about the top ten areas criticized in property and casualty exams, as well as in life and health ones, can serve as a compliance checklist for insurers. Such a checklist can assist in meeting the challenges presented by exams and facilitate more favorable outcomes over time.

We have planned two special web seminars which will allow us to share a closer look at the recently released annual top ten market conduct criticism lists based on exam activity in 2009. Insurers can focus on just the lines they are primarily interested in, with a session available for Property and Casualty insurers on August 12th and one the following week, August 19th, for Life and Health insurers. You can register for either complimentary session, or both.  We hope that you find the sessions helpful in meeting the market conduct challenge.
